Arnis - (Short sticks)
Studying the Filipino art of stick fighting, Arnis, is a great way for students to enhance their overall training. The "short sticks" will develop hand speed, strength and fluidity of motion. Much emphasis is placed on applicable self-defense with a bladed weapon such as a knife.
